Precautions for use

Before purchasing, please refer to the information in the table above to check whether this device is compatible with your vehicle and mobile phone. This device is only compatible with CarPlay-equipped vehicles. When connecting, the Bluetooth and WLAN functions must be activated and pairing must be done via Bluetooth (without WLAN connection to the device). If the Bluetooth connection fails, please use your phone to delete the previously paired CarPlay device or restart your phone to reconnect. When connecting a new phone, the originally connected phone must disable Bluetooth and WiFi, or simply delete the connected Carplay. If your device suddenly stops working, unplug it and reconnect it. If a black screen appears when using the device, please disconnect, reset and restart the vehicle to reconnect. If you find that there is no sound when using the device, please switch to FM or AM mode and then switch back to CarPlay. If you cannot solve the problem, please ask us for help through the order form and we will try our best to help you!
