weight: 400;”>I thought I didn’t like cranberries. When I was a kid, all I knew was the canned cranberry sauce I made the grand purchase of every Thanksgiving. They say we eat with our eyes, well, let’s just say my eyes didn’t find canned cranberry sauce very appetizing. Fast forward 30 years to now, I want to learn to cook everything from scratch, and you know what, cranberry sauce is on the list.
weight: 400;”>This recipe started my love affair with cranberries. It’s a delicious blend of sweet and sour flavors with the benefits of using whole foods. Cranberries are rich in antioxidants, which aid our immune system and promote digestive health. So, if you’ve never tried homemade cranberry sauce, I really think you should.
